How to Use Akihabara Lockers

Electric Town Exit — The Electric Town Exit faces Akihabara's main shopping strip. Most outside-gate lockers are clustered near this exit — ideal if you're heading straight to the shops.

Outside-gate lockers — Unlike many Tokyo stations, most Akihabara lockers are outside the fare gates. You don't need a valid ticket to access them, making them convenient even if you're transferring lines.

Most lockers accept Suica, PASMO, credit cards, and QR payment (PayPay, etc.).

Lockers are available during station operating hours (approx. 05:00–01:00). Overnight storage incurs an additional daily fee.
