How to Use Myeongdong Lockers
-
Shop hands-free — Store your bags or hotel luggage first, then spend the day in Myeongdong's K-beauty shops, department stores, and street food stalls without carrying anything.
-
Hotel check-in gap — Myeongdong is packed with business hotels. If your room isn't ready yet or you've already checked out, the station locker is the fastest solution before heading to the shopping street.
-
Getting to Incheon Airport — Myeongdong Station is on Line 4 only. To reach the Airport Railroad Express (AREX), take Line 4 two stops to Seoul Station (about 4 min), then transfer to the all-stop AREX for Incheon Airport Terminal 1 (~43 min from Seoul Station).
-
Payment — Accepts T-money, credit cards, and mobile payment via the T-Locker 또타라커 app. Most lockers do not accept cash directly.
-
Best exits for shoppers — Exits 6 and 7 lead to the main Myeongdong shopping street. Exits 8–10 are closest to Myeongdong Cathedral and the major hotel cluster. Exit 5 connects to Shinsegae Department Store and Namdaemun Market.
